Born in the early 1970s, Bibetech S.p.a. is nowadays a key player in researching, developing new products, producing moulds, moulding plastic and in managing advanced logistics thanks to its consolidated Know how.
Bibetech currently uses more than 200 different types of plastics, most notably super-polymers, biodegradable materials and compostables.

our WORK FLOW
We operate through Lean Thinking: identifying waste across the whole production chain, significantly increasing cost savings and thus increasing our competitiveness.
Internal MOULDING STRUCTURE
Bibetech employs 70 injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 500 tonnes that are able to mould: a range of super-polymers, polymers, biodegradable materials and bi-material, meaning two materials in a single piece; highly aesthetical products or products with specific law requirements.
Tailored DESIGN
The technical department is made up of 6 high-trained people that will thoroughly look after any client’s needs, including but not limited to feasibility analyses, design with state-of-the-art systems, moulding simulations through advanced software and, finally, the production of the mould. It is equipped with systems that allow to track progress work and the costs involved.
Modern MECHANICAL WORKSHOP
The internal mechanical workshop is equipped with CNC centres, grinding surfaces and die sink electrical discharge machining that allows to quickly manage all productive needs, additional processes and the realisation of new moulds.
In 2019 Marostica Stampi became part of the Bibetech Group, this synergistic collaboration allows us to follow the customer at every stage of the design from the creation of the mold to the delivery of the finished product.
