\nIn other words, in addition to being faster and more precise than their hydraulic counterparts, electric presses, not needing to constantly maintain hydraulic pressure, consume electricity only when they are in operation. This allows a reduction in energy consumption of 50-70% compared to hydraulic machines.
\nFurthermore, the absence of oil to heat significantly speeds up start-up times.
\nElectric machines are equipped with digitally operated servomotors that precisely control each injection, extrusion, blocking and expulsion process, thus ensuring a high level of precision. This allows for unparalleled product cyclicity and repeatability. Furthermore, with electrically driven axes, servo motors on each axis, direct inertia-free control, separate parallel movements and high rigidity, electric machines are ideal for producing high-precision parts.
\nUnlike hydraulic injection molding machines, which heat up and require cooling, electric presses generate very low heat emissions. For this reason, they are ideally suited to sensitive environments such as clean rooms and temperature-controlled production facilities.<\/p>\n
