Bibetech looks to the stock market after closing 2021 with over 30 million euros in turnover for a 20% growth

The group based in Montecchio Maggiore has increased its revenues tenfold in just over 10 years and has been selected for the ELITE program of Italian Stock Exchange.
The Bibetech group has recorded another year of growth, closing 2021 with +20% on 2020 and thus giving continuity to a trend that has led to a tenfold increase in turnover in just over ten years, going from 2 million euros in 2008 to over 30 million in 2021.
An excellent result accompanied by an important innovation: entry into the ELITE program of Borsa Italiana, supported by Confindustria, dedicated to a limited number of companies involved in organizational and managerial development. A path that sees the Bibetech group supported by Intesa Sanpaolo as advisor and which has as a possible goal the listing on the stock exchange within a three-year period.
“We are growing strongly, despite the great difficulties due to the pandemic and the increase in the cost of raw materials and energy – explains Luca Biasiolo, CEO of Bibetech -. We are present in many sectors and able to control the entire production cycle from origin to finished product. We have made important investments and acquisitions and at the same time increased our customer base, none of which exceeds 10% of the turnover. We do not want to look to tomorrow, but to the day after tomorrow. For this reason, after careful consideration, we feel ready, thanks to our strength and our organization that allow us to absorb transformations and changes, to enhance this growth by tackling the ELITE path of excellence which represents a main road to possible arrival on the stock exchange. The listing would in fact mean guaranteeing business continuity, accessing new financial resources and facilitating further growth”.
The Bibetech group was founded in the early 1970s and currently has 270 employees. It is active in the packaging, anti-theft, optics, components, capsules, automotive and medical sectors. The most recent years have been characterized by important acquisitions: in 2019 it acquired Internova Pack in Pianezze, which produces food containers, and in 2020 Internova Stampi which designs and manufactures steel molds and matrices. The acquisitions are in addition to the new plants: the one in Monteviale, where the Idealed division was relocated, and the one in Labin in Croatia inaugurated in 2017.
“Very important operations have been successful and there could soon be news because we are evaluating other acquisitions – continues Biasiolo -. Our group is constantly moving to face, without suffering, the continuous changes of the difficult era we are living in, full of challenges and pitfalls. We focus on diversification, innovation and sustainability to be increasingly competitive, thanks also to the hiring of many young people, at the level of company leadership and staff in general, who are bringing new ideas and enthusiasm”.
The Bibetech group has a machine park consisting of 70 injection presses from 50 to 500 tons, capable of printing a wide range of superpolymers, polymers, biodegradable/compostable materials and bi-materials, using more than 200 types of plastics. It is also a protagonist in culture, having financed the lighting of the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza with the Idealed division, and in sports and in particular in football, as the official partner of Lanerossi Vicenza. Bibetech is certified Iso 9001, Iso 14000, Iso 45001 and BRC.
