Over the years, we have specialized in three sectors.
Starting from mold design, where everything originates, we move on one side through the molding of technical and automotive components.
On the other, we are a reference for the production of various types of food packaging.
– Mold Design –
A Renewed Technological Plant.
So orderly it looks like a showroom.
We develop molds for injection molding of technopolymers and components with micron tolerances.
We do this in a mold design and development center powered by solar energy and controlled climate, following a scientific method and new approaches to open innovation and eco-design.
We design molds for various sectors, ranging from food packaging with low thickness and high-speed requirements to the technical and automotive sectors.

Emulators for Nature.
High-performance techno-polymers.
We develop technical and automotive components with high performance and technical specifications with customized process continuity. We do this in an automated injection molding center powered by solar energy. Hundredth precision to control assemblies like one-piece shells. From the robustness of PEEK to transparent PC-HT like glass, to metal-filled, to ultra-lightweight.

A New Automated MOCA Hub.
High performance and IML/IMS loading.
We develop sustainable, recyclable, compostable, or renewable source food packaging.
We do this in a new, automated MOCA hub powered by solar energy, applying synergies with biopolymer corporations with a new approach to open innovation and eco-design.
Our R&D unit allows us to adapt raw materials to new packaging styles with a reduce, reuse, recycle perspective while respecting European desires.
