Innovation and modernization start with electric presses

We can boast of being one of the leading companies in the injection molding sector. Between Marostica and Montecchio Maggiore we have molding plants with 50 presses, 15 of which are already electric.
Over the last year, we have invested heavily in order to improve our production processes, we have purchased another 8 electric presses that will gradually replace all those with hydraulic technology.
An important investment in economic terms that, however, is bearing fruit in terms of final product yield and improvement and stabilization of the production process.
For Bibetech spa, in fact, innovation is the key word to be efficient in an active and dynamic national and international economy.
We know that being anchored to past patterns could represent a serious limitation for our company that would be inadequate to face a very competitive and constantly evolving market.
The modernization of our company starts right from what is its beating heart: the injection presses! Basic machinery for a company that, like ours, mainly deals with the processing of plastic materials.
Why Bibetech spa prefers electric injection molding over hydraulic injection molding
The advantages of the electric injection press are many.
This new technology:
allows a reduction in total costs for both maintenance/management of the machine and energy consumption;
guarantees greater production stability combined with precision.
In other words, in addition to being faster and more precise than their hydraulic counterparts, electric presses, not needing to constantly maintain hydraulic pressure, consume electricity only when they are in operation. This allows a reduction in energy consumption of 50-70% compared to hydraulic machines.
Furthermore, the absence of oil to heat significantly speeds up start-up times.
Electric machines are equipped with digitally operated servomotors that precisely control each injection, extrusion, blocking and expulsion process, thus ensuring a high level of precision. This allows for unparalleled product cyclicity and repeatability. Furthermore, with electrically driven axes, servo motors on each axis, direct inertia-free control, separate parallel movements and high rigidity, electric machines are ideal for producing high-precision parts.
Unlike hydraulic injection molding machines, which heat up and require cooling, electric presses generate very low heat emissions. For this reason, they are ideally suited to sensitive environments such as clean rooms and temperature-controlled production facilities.
The advantages of electric technology
The innovation of the production process implemented in Bibetech spa is bringing, in the short term, and will bring, in the long term, advantages to both the company and the end customer.
Thanks to the use of electric presses, in fact, the production process is significantly speeded up. The finished product can only undergo a qualitative improvement and the margin of error will be reduced to a minimum.
We move in the market with the philosophy of “he who stops is lost”!
